Spend tranquil days swimming or kayaking off your 100 ft dock or basking under the island sun from the pool-side terrace. Designer deck furniture is at your disposal, while a refreshing dip in the 50 ft pool will always hit the spot.

French doors surround the home, allowing light and fresh breezes to coast inside. Discover true comfort among the soft contemporary furnishings, while natural infusions of exposed beams and white-washed wood finishes remind you of your tropical setting. A private chef, butler and housekeeper will endeavor to make your stay as easy as possible.

Dining Room:
This formal dining room with floor to ceiling French doors all round comfortable seats 10 people and can be adjusted to cozily seat 4 people for a more intimate setting. The French doors can be open to enjoy to cool ocean breeze or closed to an air-conditioned room. There is also outdoor dining available.

Living Room:
The spacious living room with French doors look out to the ocean. The soft-toned furnishings makes an inviting atmosphere for relaxing. There is also a generous sitting area just outside the living room on the covered patio.

Bedroom four and five (directly under bedroom two and three) is a self-contained unit the features a living area and a mini kitchenette. The unit contains two bedrooms both with their own en-suite bath. One bedroom consist of two twin beds that can be made into a king on request and the other is a king bedroom. The twin bedroom is a garden view room where the king bedroom is a garden/pool view room.

Amazing Grace is equipped with laundry facilities and fresh linens.

The villa has a 50ft heated pool with a separate jetted area for a spa-like feel. The pool also has a shallow ledge that is baby and kid friendly. The pool has several loungers and umbrella for sunbathing and relaxing. The villa is also equipped with the following for your enjoyment:

All reservations are final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenues and strongly recommended.

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
